In today's class, we learned and experimented with tools to help us understand the management of use of our product. We did this through a character whose purpose is to help us understand where the user's pain points are and what problems he encounters throughout his planning and execution of a culinary event. In addition, we tried to understand which solutions we would offer to solve for him.
Afterwards, we were asked to think about products that we like and use in our daily life, and to try and understand how the best and most successful features of these products make them great. The next step was figuring out how this can help in the creation of our product. Using these insights, we identified how we can implement these features in our solution. We combined them with the main features we identified in our analysis of the following- Wolt, Bit, Spotify, Smart Watches and Puzzles.
We took the information and ideas we derived from the entire process, and started writing potential scenarios for our users - Ofir and Yael, all while incorporating the new key features.
